As more and more people start to fly again after 2 years of the pandemic, all major airports around the world are experiencing a significant rise in passenger numbers and consequently longer queue times at security and immigration.
A more favorable method of travel for many VVIPs including celebrities, public figures and royal families is via Heathrow VIP at the Windsor Suite in Heathrow Terminal 5. The Heathrow VIP service is available to those passengers travelling first or business class and the HVIP service is available to guests travelling from any airline or terminal.
Your Heathrow VIP journey begins with their luxury chauffeur service which will collect you and your guests from your home or your favorite hotel, which you are staying at, they will then whisk you off to the Windsor suite’s private entrance.
There, a concierge will be waiting to take your luggage through the designated screening room and escort you to your very own private lounge. A home away from home.
The Windsor suite will work collaboratively with Blue Aviation to ensure our customers will have a seamless experience throughout their entire journey including privacy, security, luxury and discretion.

Arrivals at the Windsor
Upon your arrival at Heathrow, you will be met at the door of the aircraft by your very own Heathrow VIP Liaison Officer who will deliver you to your very own private lounge in the comfort of your very own private chauffeur-driven vehicle. All immigration formalities will be taken care of for you via your Heathrow VIP Liaison Officer your Immigration, as well as your luggage which will be collected and delivered back to the Windsor suite, where they will be loaded into your vehicle or the luggage van, which Blue Aviation can provide upon request.
The Windsor suite catering staff will offer you a wide choice of food and drinks from their exclusive menu curated by Michelin Star chef, Jason Atherton.
Departure at the Windsor
A Heathrow VIP chauffeurs will greet you at your residence, subject to availability, and will drive you and you rguests in their very own private chauffeur-driven vehicle to a private entrance at the Heathrow VIP Windsor Suite at Terminal 5. Guests will be met by a concierge who will escort you to your own private lounge where a personal butler is waiting to serve you and your guests.
Your luggage will be checked in by the appropriate airline and the Windsor suite staff will keep you up-to-date with the status of your flight and boarding, as well as ensure that your luggage is delivered to the airlines and aircraft ensuring that they make the flight.
Once the aircraft is ready for boarding all necessary security procedures will take place at the Windsor Suite, where you and your guests will be invited to use their very own private security lane before stepping foot into your own chauffeur-driven vehicle to your departing aircraft.
When booking with Blue Aviation we ensure that the stress of travel and the airport formalities are taken care of for you, we ensure a seamless travel through the airport and all procedures are carefully orchestrated within the private and exclusive suite away from the main airport.
The Experience
OUR CHAUFFEURS
We are the only service at Heathrow that includes collection and drop-off on the tarmac, with our experienced and professional chauffeurs meeting you at the aircraft’s door.
Collection and drop-off from or into London is included in the service as well, meaning it is just 70 steps from your front-door to your seat on the plane.
OUR LOUNGES
Our guests are given their own exclusive lounge for the duration of their time at Heathrow VIP, serving as their own oasis of tranquillity in one of the world’s busiest airports. A butler will be on hand throughout to ensure maximum comfort and to take care of any special requests.
PRIVATE IMMIGRATION
Heathrow VIP has the unique offering of a private immigration desk within our Windsor Suite facility. This means that we are able to provide our guests with an effortless and private means of fulfilling all the necessary immigration requirements.

As part of our service, guests are treated to complimentary and exquisite food and beverages curated by Michelin-starred Chef, Jason Atherton. Inspired by his global culinary experiences, Jason’s menus utilise seasonal ingredients to create a plethora of flavours and textures that will delight all tastes.
